Copyright & Ownership Simply put, we put hours into each of these vector textures. From taking the photos, to cleaning up the photos, converting them to a usable single color texture, setting them up for download, etc... a lot of work goes in to these things. So, we retain the ownership of each file. You are paying for permission to use the file in any way you see fit, including for commercial applications, as long as you are not reselling the file by itself, in a set, or as part of any other vector file. Basically if you are trying to rip us off, a lawyer gets involved. Besides that, use our vector textures at will, they work great on CD layouts, posters, t-shirts for screen printing, just about anywhere you use vector art. They can even be used in graphics for the web. Delivery Method All of our vector texture sets are sold as digital downloads. Once you pay for your set or sets using PayPal, you will be emailed a login and password to download your files. You can download each purchase up to three times. Each texture set will be compressed into a ZIP file and will include your files in EPS version 8 and AI format. Most older vector programs will support version 8 EPS files. If you do not use PayPal to order and pay instead with a credit / debit card the download process will not be automated. Instead, we will send you your files by email, or send a download link by email, within 24 business hours of your order. Refunds We DO NOT offer refunds. Once you've downloaded the files, you have received your product and our business transaction is complete. It is your responsibility to make sure you know how to use these files, and have the proper software to do so.
